Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. After gaining fame through his work as a character in Road Trip he has since played in more than 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. In addition, he's appeared in more than 22 series, such as Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls is fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma from the time he was 14 years old. He was able to get rid of his cancer within two years. Treatment at a young stage had a negative effect on the body. It hindered his development. The financial security was his first aim once he started, as he'd seen poverty all through his childhood. When he was interviewed, he mentioned that if I do not have money security or have a feeling of being out of touch with the world, I'll be miserable. The man also recalls his youth to inspire him. DJ states "Cruelty causes pain to my soul." On and off film, DJ's character would like to play a father. Yet he confesses "Directors don't cast my in those roles." In the future, he'd love to have a kid to allow him to devote more time to more attention to the baby.
