The actress, who was a former cover girl is living at Beverly Hills with her dogs Samantha and Olivia (above and left). Ann Turkel still struggles to endure her separation with Richard Harris, even though they only dated for eight years. The actress was born into a Jewish middle class family, and grew up in Manhattan, Turkel had, at the age of 16, been studying at the same time with Sanford Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse, and Philip Burton at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
