Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card a year after. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her initial show for several years, setting bigger targets each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the contest. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place within the fitness division, despite being completely unprepared. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out includes her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and seated rows. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. One way to achieve this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
